How is Livocab® direct nasal spray used?
The recommended use of Livocab® direct nasal spray is 2 sprays into each nostril twice daily. In case of more severe symptoms, the dosage can be increased to up to 2 sprays per nostril 4 times daily.

To do this, proceed as follows:

Blow your nose thoroughly before use. Shake the bottle before each use and remove the protective cap. Before using for the first time, hold the spray bottle with the opening facing upwards and pump several times until a fine spray is produced. Tilt your head slightly forward and spray twice into each nostril. Breathe in through your nose during use. Replace the protective cap after use.
