- Good tolerability: Desloratadine is generally well tolerated and does not usually affect the ability to drive. However, individual reactions can vary. The tolerability of desloratadine was rated as "good" to "very good" by 99% of users.

- High safety: Compared to loratadine, the previous active ingredient, desloratadine does not have to be metabolized in the liver. This makes it safer and more reliable. The intake of Lorano®Pro is not affected by food intake, which is another advantage over loratadine. There are no known interactions between Lorano®Pro and other medicines.
