ASA and paracetamol are proven painkillers for combating headaches. The caffeine strengthens and accelerates the effect of ASA and paracetamol. By adding caffeine, the dosage of the active ingredients can be reduced, which improves tolerability. Thomapyrin® CLASSIC is suitable for adults and adolescents aged 12 and over. The recommended dosage is 1 to 2 tablets per dose. Each tablet contains 250 mg acetylsalicylic acid, 200 mg paracetamol and 50 mg caffeine. The maximum daily dose is 6 tablets, which should be divided into 1-2 tablets per dose. If you take several tablets per day, there should be 4 to 8 hours between doses.

Here are some tips for taking Thomapyrin® CLASSIC: Swallow the tablets whole with plenty of liquid, e.g. a glass of water. If you have difficulty swallowing the tablet, it can be split along the score line. Alternatively, you can dissolve the tablet in a little water and drink it. Note that the effect may be delayed if you take the painkiller after a meal. Please note: Do not use Thomapyrin® CLASSIC for longer than 4 days or in higher doses without first consulting your doctor or dentist.
